Her creative debut, “Am I Too African to be American, Too American to be African,” was a cultural moment—a film that sparked global conversations on Black identity and belonging. Featuring Issa Rae, it resonated with Afro-millennials navigating the complexities of dual heritage.
She later expanded her storytelling with #BCuzSheSaidSo, an experiential art activation, and #13AlbumsTo31, a bold visual campaign inspiring Black women to own their identity without apology.
Now, she’s taking storytelling even further with "Roots & Revelry", an upcoming travel documentary exploring culture, sisterhood, and legacy in the African diaspora. Set against West Africa’s vibrant Detty December, the film follows women reconnecting with their heritage while redefining home.
